Purpose of job:
To manage and deliver to a high standard Services for Clients. This includes:
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for industry partner
• To co-ordinate with Project team and collect all the relevant bills supporting and reports for invoicing
• Client Coordination for PO/payment
• To be responsible for vendor management
Requirements and skills:
Graduate
Excellent English Communication Skills
Very much proficient in Ms Excel (Knowledge of advance excel will be preferred)
